Alerts and updates
Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, November 15, from 8:00 PM PST to 10:00 PM PST (3:00 AM UTC Nov 15 - 5:00 AM UTC Nov 15) . The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature in the NA2 Production environment..
This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.

Docusign will be conducting maintenance impacting CLM UAT October 26, 2025 from 12:00 AM UTC to 2:00 AM UTC.
